Fashion Impact: Fall Staple: A Perfect Jacket

We know with the recent heat wave (we’ve been feeling it BAD in New York City!) it’s pretty hard to start thinking about a wardrobe for fall for once the temperature finally cools down. But with amazing jackets popping up all over runways and showrooms everywhere, it’s hard to resist! Here at NL Collective Group, we can’t help but pick out the autumn retail staples a few months early. A great jacket can add the perfect (and not to mention warm) touch to any outfit. Jackets obviously come in lots of different styles, perfect for branding and marketing to every woman. A flawless jacket is chic, and it can be plain, structured, colorful, sharp, or what have you. The great thing about jackets is, well, that there are so many out there! Fashion business and industry powerhouses Lanvin, Diane Von Furstenberg, Bill Blass, and Chanel all have their own uniquely branded versions, which make us feel SO inspired. Jackets with looser fits can be belted for a more tailored fit, and a colorful jacket can add a bright pop of color to an otherwise delicate and mellow ensemble. Luxury brand Divka has lots of brilliant jackets in different styles in the new Autumn/Winter 2012-2013 collection. They definitely make a statement. We promise, the temperature will cool down eventually, and once it does, a perfect jacket should be there to keep you warm.
